ybjili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
All transactions on the ybjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ybjili account upon confirmation from the payment provider. ybjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ybjili aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. ybjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ybjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ybjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ybjili's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ybjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ybjili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ybjili cannot guarantee absolute data security.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ybjili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
